UPDATE: Bill Payments Policy

The Office of the Comptroller will update the Bill Payments Policy effective July 17, which is available at the following link: https://powerdms.com/docs/1779647 and publicly at https://www.macomptroller.org/policies/.

The Bill Payments Policy outlines general payment rules that apply to expenditures by Commonwealth departments. Departments must adhere to state finance law and the guidance outlined in this policy.
