Statement on Enactment of Supplemental Budget
The Office of the Comptroller is aware that the House and Senate have enacted final supplemental appropriations legislation. We are pleased that having suspended our previous deadline to transfer the surplus has afforded the Legislature time to complete its work on advancing the bill, and we thank our partners in the Legislature for maintaining close communications with this office as the legislation was in its final stages.
This office will allow appropriate time for the Governor to review the bill.
