Now available: New Write-Off Form submission process through DocuSign

TheOffice of the Comptrollernow accepts submissions of the Write-Off (WO) Form electronically, through DocuSign.

The Office of the Comptroller has employed DocuSign for departments to complete and submit forms more efficiently and more quickly.

Please note: DocuSign is now the only method of transmitting the WO Form. the traditional paper form will no longer be available.

Resources to complete the WO Form will be available on the CTR Intranet Electronic Signatures page [MAGNet or VPN required].

A live CTR-led webinar demo session will be held on Monday, June 6 from 10:00-11:00 A.M. If you cannot attend the June 6 session, a make-up session will be held on Tuesday, June 14 from 1:00-2:00 P.M.
