New Statewide Debt Collection Services Contract – PRF72

The current statewide contract providing debt collection services, PRF55DesignatedOSC, expires on January 31, 2020.

Replacing PRF55 is PRF72DesignatedCTR (PRF72), which will provide all of the same services previously offered in PRF55 with the inclusion of MassDOT requirements in the area of collected transportation and tolling debt.

  4. Linebarger, Goggan, Blair & Sampson, LLP – STATEWIDE AND DOT
  5. Penn Credit Corp. – STATEWIDE AND DOT
  6. Premiere Credit of North America – STATEWIDE
  7. Professional Account Management, LLC – DOT ONLY
  8. Reliant Capital Solutions, LLC – STATEWIDE
  9. Windham Professionals – STATEWIDE
