Form 1099: All Form 1099 types are now available on VendorWeb.
Form 1099-R: Forms 1099-R are now available on PayInfo.
Form W-2: The Office of the Comptroller is working on uploading Forms W-2 to PayInfo. Digital versions are not available on PayInfo at this time. Paper Forms W-2 were mailed to employees of Commonwealth of Massachusetts departments on PayInfo on January 30. If you are an employee of a PayInfo department and need a digital version, please reach out to your department payroll unit. We apologize for the delay.
