Federal Grant Automated Central Draw Posting Updates
Due to unforeseen delays relating to the Automated Central Draw (ACD) process, CTR would like to notify all departments that the typical two-week turnaround from the time of drawing the funds from the payment system, through posting the funds in MMARS, now requires additional time.
Additionally, MMARS has been experiencing some issues during the CR reversal posting process, causing further delays and potentially leading to temporary discrepancies on the BQ88 screen. We are actively working on this issue but do not have a definitive timeline for resolution.
Please take these factors into consideration when you are performing your weekly grant reconciliation and preparing your reports, both internal and external.
CTR anticipates CDRAW03142025 will be fully posted in MMARS early in the week of April 14, 2025.
The posting status of the most recent CDRAW will be updated each Wednesday on the CTR Intranet homepage [MAGNet / Commonwealth-issued VPN required]. It will also be included in the CTR Weekly Update email newsletter. If you do not receive the CTR Weekly Update, you can request it by creating a ticket with the CTR Solution Desk.
