Electronic Signatures for W-9s and EFTs Now Available for Non-Executive Departments

DocuSign is now available to all Non-Executive departments for the submission, acceptance, and transmission of electronically signed Form W-9s and Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) Forms.

Everything you need for DocuSign is available on the CTR Intranet (MAGNet or VPN access required).

Publicly available resources for vendors, including instructions and job aids, are available at MAComptroller.org/vendors. You are encouraged to share these resources with your vendors.

What’s next?

Electronic signatures are currently available only for W-9s and EFTs. CTR will extend this functionality to additional forms at a later date.

Coming soon for Executive departments

The Office of the Comptroller is partnering with the Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) on the Modern Workplace effort, and with the Executive Office of Administration and Finance on the Future of Work project. We are collaborating to develop forms, processes, and training to support the transition to Adobe Sign for Executive departments.
