Did you know you can check the status of DocuSign envelopes that you have sent, even without a DocuSign account?

Visit the Envelope Reports page on the CTR Intranet [MAGNet or Commonwealth-issued VPN required] to view the status of DocuSign envelopers for Forms W-9 and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Forms, Prior Appropriation Continued (PAC) Request Forms, the Standard Contract Form, Settlements and Judgments Forms, and the Write-Off (WO) Form.
