COMING DECEMBER 2: Updated Standard Contract Form

A new version of the Standard Contract Form will be updated and available at macomptroller.org/forms and mass.gov/lists/osd-forms later this month. The release date will be pushed back from the previously announced November 8 date. Please check the CTR Weekly Update for further details and the date of the announcement.

The updated Standard Contract Form will include a section regarding Supplier Diversity Program (SDP) obligations and commitments. Additionally, the Standard Contract Form will clarify options for interim contracts.

The updated Standard Contracts Form will be available as a fillable PDF or as a DocuSign PowerForm. The Standard Contract Form Instructions and Contractor Certifications document will also be updated.
