Coming Soon: A New Look for MassPays.com
The Office of the Comptroller is pleased to announce the launch of a new MassPays.com website later this month.
MassPays.com gives Commonwealth of Massachusetts departments that leverage BARS (the Billing and Accounts Receivable Subsystem of MMARS) the option of accepting payments online from customers using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments rather than mailing a check.
The new MassPays.com is modern, fully mobile-responsive, and accessible.
No action is required from departments for the change; and payees will simply experience a mostly cosmetic changeover.
