Availability of Forms 1099, 1099-R, W-2 impacted on VendorWeb, PayInfo

VendorWeb: Forms 1099

Due to a technical issue, the Office of the Comptroller is unable to load digital Forms 1099 to VendorWeb.

Paper Forms 1099 were mailed to vendors from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to the address on file on January 30.  Digital versions are not available on VendorWeb at this time. We apologize for the delay.  Please check back here for updates in the coming days.  

PayInfo: Forms 1099-R, W-2

The Office of the Comptroller is also unable to load digital Forms W-2 and 1099-R to PayInfo at this time.

Please note: This only applies to departments using PayInfo. Departments on HR/CMS are unaffected, and digital Forms W-2 were made available to employees via HR/CMS Employee Self-Service Time and Attendance earlier this month. 

Forms W-2: Paper versions of the Form W-2 were mailed to all Commonwealth of Massachusetts employees of departments who use the PayInfo system on January 30. Anyone contacting the Office of the Comptroller with an urgent need for a digital version will be directed to their department’s payroll unit. 

Forms 1099-R: Paper versions of the Form 1099-R were mailed to all Commonwealth of Massachusetts retirees on January 30.
