Draft Transactions now available through Commonwealth Information Warehouse
Effective Monday, March 27, 2023 the daily published MMARS Draft Transactions reports are available exclusively through the Commonwealth Information Warehouse (CIW).
Anyone with existing access to the CIW will be able to view the documents. If you do not have access to the CIW, please request access with your Department Security Officer.
This move to the CIW will improve the timeliness and security of these reports.

Instructions for viewing your department’s Draft Transactions are available on the CTR Intranet Draft Transactions page [MAGNet or Commonwealth-issued VPN required].
