Fiscal Year Memo FY2022-04: Official Opening of Fiscal Year 2022
The Fiscal Year 2022 General Appropriation Act, Chapter 24 of the Acts of 2021, has been signed. July 16, 2021 is the official “opening date” of the accounting system. A deadline of July 30, 2021 has been established for the alignment of encumbrances and expenditures to the enacted budget.
