Innovation and Support Team Enhancements
The Innovation and Support Team (IST) would like to thank all of you who took the IST survey that went out in September. As a result of your important feedback, the IST is making the following enhancements:
Learning and Development
Our team is reviewing our current offerings and how we can focus on the key elements with more streamlined content while delivering to a wider audience through videos and webcasts. Additionally, we are reviewing the course structure and ways to identify the suggested audience and course paths for our key stakeholders.
Solution Desk
The Solution Desk staff will be implementing an improved internal escalation process to ensure calls we forward to teams are being followed up. Additionally, we will be looking for new ways for our customers to interact with the team.
Relationship Manager
We are working to build stronger relationships with our key stakeholders with regular communications and meetings. The Job Aid Improvement Project has been kicked off with the goal to improve the Job Aids to be clearer, as well as easier to find on PowerDMS. If there are specific Job Aids you wish us to focus on first, please contact the CTR Solution Desk.
